I have watched its impacts unfold across the places I have lived. In Cuba, an already fragile grid now buckles under storms and shortages. In Miami, where I moved next, the weather grows more extreme each year. And in North Carolina, my home today, hurricanes and droughts have become part of the rhythm of life.

Around the world, the signals keep multiplying. I could not keep watching from the sidelines. Seeing and living these impacts, year after year, left me with a simple conviction: I had to be part of the solution.

So I brought what I know. For more than a decade I have led marketing and business development, and today I put that experience to work for climate, helping the founders, scientists, and builders creating real solutions get seen, funded, and connected.
